The recent survey of men and women with hair loss problems revealed that the majority of treatments that promise to stop hair loss are not effective.

According to the survey of around 8,000 people conducted by Consumer Reports magazine, almost 40 percent of women and 27 percent of men reported about using various types of hair loss treatments.
