Couples, who are trying to conceive, know the difficulties of going through the fertility treatment. Now, you can make this big task a little easier, using Apple's App for that.

"IVF Baby in the Making" application was developed by Kim Konopa, a mother and designer, who knows, what it's like to undergo invitro fertilization. She designed the iPhone app together with her 22-year old son, who is also one of her work partners.

The application consists mainly of a calendar, where you can organize all the doctor's appointments, medications and other important things when you are trying to get pregnant.

Women can also share their experience with other people in the built in blog and find out lots of useful information like how to inject in a resource section. The IVF Baby in the Making app also helps couples organize their budget since the IVF treatment is not quite cheap. The budget tracker monitors the remaining budget and keeps a running balance.

You can also upload the first photos of your unborn baby and share it on Facebook or send it via email. Konopa picked up the sound of lullaby as a ring tone alert for future parents so that they will feel more motivated.

Kim Konopa consulted her reproductive endocrinologist while developing the baby making application.

We all know how difficult it is to make your children follow good hygiene rules. That's why little motivation is always helpful, when it comes to your child's brushing teeth or washing hands.

The Lancer & Loader Intellitec Wash and Brush Timer makes this task a lot easier, teaching your child to keep to those required 2 minutes of brushing teeth and other hygiene rules. All you have to do is to set the timer at 2 minutes for teeth brushing and 20 seconds for hand washing, just like doctors recommend. The LED light on timer will flash green to start the timing. Once the time is over, the light turns red.

The timer can be easily mounted to the mirror in the bathroom or tile for easy access. This health gadget will be especially helpful for children, who need some encouragement to keep themselves clean, making the brushing and washing process a lot pleasant and fun.

If you are a fitness enthusiast, you may have already faced the problem of knee injures. Usually these type of injures require weeks, before you can lead an active lifestyle again.

Scientists at Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA in Stuttgart came up with a new health gadget that can help patients and their doctors track the healing process of the knee injures and make necessary adjustments.

The innovative bandage has specially designed sensors that measure and record the movements of the joints. This helps to watch over the patient's movements and progress and record it for further evaluation. The bandage fits perfectly, so that the patient won't feel any discomfort during movements.

Specialists say that this system is not only useful for doctors, who can adjust the treatment, but also may encourage the patients, by showing their gradual improvements.

The Fraunhofer researchers plan to apply this technique to other parts of the body. The mobile joint monitoring bandage will be presented at the MEDTEC Europe trade show.
