Now, a new iPhone app was developed to monitor your psychological and physical stress level. Basically the Stress Check app by Azumio analyzes your heart rate that is known to correlate to different levels of stress. To use the app you need to place your finger over the the iPhone's camera lens for about two minutes and the app shows you how stressed you are, based on the blood flow patterns that mean the increased level of stress hormones.
While the app may not be 100 percent accurate, it still can predict low or high levels of stress quite well. You can also share your readings with others on Twitter or Facebook.
