Scientists from the University of Zurich say that a new pill called erythropoietin (Epo) can motivate you to exercise more.

Studies conducted on animals showed that Epo acts as a motivation tool to workout more. The hormone affects person's mood and is even more effective for people suffering from depression. Earlier studies showed that it improves exercise capacity for people with heart failure. Such patients may have difficulties performing exercises due to tiredness and anemia. Epo delivers more oxygen to the tissues which can reduce exhaustion.
Other studies have shown that the pill reduces the level of concussions in patients with brain injury.

Exercising is one of the main lifestyle choices that makes difference in your health condition. Regular working out can lower the risk of diabetes, heart disease, obesity and stroke. Though there is no pill that will burn those calories for you, you can use the pill that will make you exercise more.
